and your country more than yourself" - Thomas Jefferson

Homemakers for America Inc. makes policy, decisions and addresses issues based on our core beliefs. These Core Beliefs are divided in the categories of God, Freedom and Family.

God

  1. We believe all people are created by and in the image of God.
  2. We believe that the United States of America was founded on Godly principles and that our Founding Fathers recognized God as Self-Evident.
  3. We believe our founding fathers, though not perfect, were honorable, courageous, insightful men, who were inspired by God, to form this new nation and it’s constitution, to promote freedom to all its citizens
  4. We believe in the power of prayer and the importance of praying for our nation and its leaders regardless of their political party.
  5. We believe it is of great importance to expect honesty, integrity, self-discipline and accountability from ourselves, the media and our elected leaders.
  6. We believe in honoring, obeying and sustaining the law. We further believe the importance of knowing the law so we can take a proactive role in the process when necessary.
  7. We believe in promoting and supporting wholesome entertainment that will enrich our lives and that will not degrade women, children, law enforcement or any other group or individual.
  8. We believe in truth and accountability in all things.
  9. We believe in holding the educational system in America to a higher standard of learning and morality. We therefore promote the teaching of responsible, truthful, accurate and proven information and material in elementary, middle, high school and universities in every city, town and state in our country.
  10. We believe in being anxiously engaged in a good cause in our families, our communities and our nation.

Freedom

  1. We honor all those who have gone before us, who have sacrificed their time, property, and even their very lives, to lay the foundation of freedom and we further honor all those who continue to make these sacrifices to keep us free.
  2. We believe it to be a worthwhile desire to serve this country and its citizens through elected office and encourage honest men and women of integrity to commit their talents to this work not to promote oneself but to serve the people and better our nation.
  3. We believe service and compassion are noble works which are to be desired and given freely not coerced and/or forced.
  4. We believe and stand by our first amendment right of religion and believe it is every American’s right to worship how, where and what they may.
  5. We believe in the preservation of our nation, our national security and the Constitution of the United States.
  6. We believe it is the right of every citizen to stand for and speak on behalf of their individual beliefs, to convey and communicate their message, so long as they do not resort to coercion or attempt to force those beliefs on others
  7. We believe it is of great importance that every woman and family in America have a copy of the constitution in their home, and that they read it often so they may know and understand their constitutional rights as outlined in said document.
  8. We believe freedom is a God given gift to everyone regardless of race, sex, ethnicity or religion.
  9. We believe in the American Dream which is the freedom to pursue your goals and dreams, to be whatever you desire and that only you as an individual can hold you back from your potential.
  10. We believe it is every person’s right to pursue life, liberty and happiness so long as that pursuit does not infringe on the rights of others including the right to life. We, therefore, promote adoption as an alternative to abortion to protect every individual’s intrinsic, God-give right to life.

Family

  1. We believe it is our duty as citizens to promote those measures designed to maintain and strengthen the family as the fundamental unit of society.
  2. We believe mothers are primarily responsible for the nurture of their children and that mothers and fathers are to work to together and help each other as equal partners.
  3. We believe the power of procreation to be a gift to be shared between a man and a woman, lawfully married.
  4. We believe that marriage is ordained of God and is to be between man and woman.
  5. We believe that when a man and woman enter into a marriage commitment, they are obliged to live in complete fidelity, are to respect one another, selflessly give to one another, work together and grow together, side by side as equal partners.
  6. We believe that abuse, particularly of children, is cowardice, inexcusable and reprehensible and do not approve or tolerate such abuse.
  7. We believe it is the right and responsibility of each individual person to provide for their own needs to the best of their abilities and for the needs of their families.
  8. We believe it is the right of parents to oversee and take a proactive role in the education of their children and the rights of students to be proactive in their educational experience.
  9. We believe women are of great importance to the success of our nation and that they are to be honored, revered and treated with the highest degree of respect in their homes, their communities, their places of business and in the nation.
  10. We value the beliefs and opinions of each individual and respect their right to express them.
