Homosexuality
The issue of homosexuality is a very controversial one. There
is a united effort to promote the homosexual lifestyle and agenda in our culture.
Homemakers for America in no way supports or condones the Homosexual Lifestyle, though we do recognize each
individual’s right to choose for themselves. We further recognize the fact that consequences, whether positive or
negative, follow all choices we make.
If you are a person of faith then you are familiar with the various scriptural references and guidelines on this
issue. However, even if you don't believe in God, homosexuality is an issue that can be addressed through
nature.
The very act of being homosexual goes against nature itself. Men and women are physically formed to fit together
like a puzzle. It is basic biology. Man and woman were made this way so they could "multiply and replenish the
earth."
Whether you believe in creation or not, basic science and nature itself, attest to it. It is common sense. Man was
made to fit inside the woman and the woman was made to receive the man.
Further, It takes a man and a woman to procreate. A man, CAN NOT procreate with a man and woman CAN NOT procreate
with a woman. To have children, a homosexual couple must either cheat, replace or defy nature. It is simply
impossible for homosexuals to procreate.
So, why do we make it so difficult? Nature works. Men and Women were made to be one flesh. It just doesn't work any
other way.
So why are people gay? If homosexuality goes against nature then does that not disprove the claim that it is
genetic?
It is not the intention of HFA to stand in judgment or to ridicule a person's individual right to make their own
choices, however, we do feel it not only prudent but necessary to weigh in on this issue because of the destructive
effects of the Homosexual Agenda.
While the Homosexual Agenda provides no room for disagreement, debate, or even discussion, we welcome it. HFA has
worked hard to provide you with resources, articles, and websites so you may study the issue yourself and form your
own opinion. These articles and links are from researchers, psychologists, physicians and the American Psychiatric
Board. HFA deals in reality and common sense. We use data, facts and research to address issues.
Recently we have been inundated with emails and postings on our website from the homosexual community providing us
with their opinion. The blog postings were so vulgar we had to immediately remove them. If the homosexual community
would like to weigh in on this issue, we welcome their comments as long as they are based on data, facts, research
and free from vulgarity.
This is a REAL issue. It should be dealt with intelligently. Our schools, communities and society as a whole have
been inundated with the homosexual agenda. Our concern is not whether or not a person chooses this life style but
whether or not they force it on us. Our children are being taught from a very early age that some people are just
“born that way”. We adamantly disagree with such a preposterous notion. Society, however, is slowly being convinced
that this may be true.
A few weeks ago, a friend of mine, related a story to me. His name is Greg Quinlin. He is the President and founder
of the Pro-Family Network and he is a former homosexual. He wears a pin when lobbying at the capital that declares,
“Ex-Gay is Okay”. One day while lobbying in Columbus, a reporter came up to him and asked what his pin meant. She
literally looked confused. Greg told her it meant a person could change their mind. “What if they’re born that
way?” she asked concerned. That is what we are faced with today. Not only are to we “accept” their lifestyle but we
are to “condone” it “embrace” it and even try it out for ourselves just in case we were born that way and haven't
realized it yet.
Again, we reiterate, HFA deals in common sense and reality. If you tell a child from the time they are born that
they might be gay, they are going to wonder if they are gay. If you tell a confused teen who is trying to adjust to
adolescence, “Hey, maybe your gay,” the confused teen may start to wonder. If you deal with facts and common sense,
however, you will realize just how many people aren’t born that way.
We have weighed in on the debate. Now it is your turn. Our site provides our members and visitors to our site with
numerous sources of research, facts and data from reputable sources. This is your opportunity to study the issue
and weigh in. We welcome your comments (as long as they are free from vulgarity and hold even a fraction of
intelligence.)
