"Adore God. Reverence and cherish your parents. Love your neighbor as yourself,
and your country more than yourself" - Thomas Jefferson

Contributing Editor

Stacy Ann is an accomplished writer who began her writing career as a freelance writer for the local newspaper. In 1996 Stacy and her husband became frustrated with the lack of credibility in their regional newspaper as well as the lack of coverage on local events. Compelled, Stacy went to the local library and checked out books on how to start a newspaper. She and her husband started their own business which grew to be very successful and was the main source of news in their community. They owned and operated the newspaper for six years. Stacy is currently a part-time newspaper correspondent for her own paper, with some of her work appearing various newspapers and magazines.

Stacy states: "I believe, despite all my other commitments, that contributing to the Homemakers for America organization is not only worthwhile, it has become essential for the preservation of our society's traditional values. I learned the importance of the contribution one or two people can make on an entire community when my husband and I started a newspaper from nothing and watched it grow into the primary source of information for the citizens we served. We as individual women and as a collective body can make a difference in our neighborhoods, our states and our nation. We owe it to our families and to the God who allows us to live in this free country."

Stacy Ann and her husband Randy reside in the Geuaga County, Ohio and are the parents of three boys.
